HOW MANY LIPOFIRM PRO TREATMENTS WOULD YOU RECOMMEND?

The recommended number of treatments is 8. For maximum results, the settings are increased with subsequent sessions and are designed to strengthen and tighten the area treated.
What is the aftercare?

It is important to drink 2/3 litres every day in order to flush any toxins from the body that contribute to the appearance of cellulite and to aid with fat loss. White carbohydrates such as bread, rice, pasta, potatoes are to be avoided. In addition, foods with a high sugar content or fat content should be avoided as the desired results will not be achieved. The consumption of brown rice, brown pasta, sweet potato and high fibre foods are highly recommended for best results. Alcohol should also be avoided.
Do I need to exercise?

Any form of exercise is beneficial to your well being in general and will enhance the results of the treatment.
Can Lipofirm Pro be performed all over the body?

Lipofirm Pro can be perfromed on the body except for the chest and upper back area due to being close to the heart.
How often can I have the treatment?

The treatment can be carried out every 5/7 days and can be performed on multiple areas in one session.
Is Lipofirm painful?

Lipofirm Pro is not painful. The Dynamic muscle stimulation causing a pulsing sensation is adjusted to the client’s comfort level.

Will I see results after one session?

As long as the pre care is followed, instant results are seen even after the first session. Lipofirm Pro continues to work for up to 12 weeks after the treatment. Unlike some machines, where the results are instant and don’t last , this is the treatment that keeps on giving.
