A non-refundable deposit of £30 must be paid when booking appointments online.

All deposits are non-refundable.

Deposits will be deducted from treatment cost on the day.

You must read the Online Booking Terms & Conditions before making your booking. By completing a booking online, you are agreeing to our rules, terms and conditions below.

Consultation forms are mandatory and must be completed during the consultation prior to treatment. This is for insurance purposes and for the safety of our clients.

Certain medical conditions and Pregnancy may be contraindication to a range of treatments.

If you have an existing medical condition, please do not book online, before speaking directly to the salon, to determine if you can indeed book the treatment. Failure to confirm that the treatment required can be carried out with an existing medical condition may result in your appointment being cancelled.

All information regarding the address of MBK Medspa and the contact information will be in your email confirmation and your text reminder, we kindly ask you allow enough time for your journey to arrive on time to your appointment.

The text reminder is an automated message so please do not message as the message will bounce back. To contact us please DM us or email as, we are unable to take phone calls as we are busy with clients so, please leave a message if you have an enquiry and we will get back to you ASAP. With the automated text from acuity is there any way of adding my address, email and Instagram on there if they need to contact

Patch Tests

  • Treatments that require a patch test; Chemical Peels, Tinting, Resurfaces and Lash Treatments ( LVL Lash Lift and Lash extensions).
  • A patch test must be carried out at MBK Medspa at least 72 hours prior to your treatment. Please arrange this when you make your booking if your treatment requires a patch test.
  • Anyone who has not had a treatment within the last six months must have a repeat patch test before treatment.
  • Failure to have a patch test will result in the Salon being unable to carry out the treatment and a 100% cancellation policy will apply.
  • Pregnant / Lactating women are unable to have any treatments which require a patch test. It is mandatory to complete a consultation form prior to your Treatment.

Rescheduling

To reschedule an appointment, you must do so online a minimum of 48 hours Prior to your appointment. You can only reschedule your appointment once and it must be within the same month as your appointment.
Clients are limited to 2 reschedules and will need to be in the same month as initial booking otherwise a new booking under a new deposit will need to be made.

Cancellation

  • Clients on treatment packages - If you wish to reschedule or cancel and appointment this must be done 48 hours prior to your appointment. Any less than 48 hours you will lose your session or be charged a £50 an hour rate.
  • All treatment packages (Lipofirm/ Laser or skin packages) are non-refundable.
  • MBK Medspa provides a full or partial refund for any unused laser / Lipofirm treatments if the request is made within the cooling-off period of 14 days, thereafter MBK Medspa offers refunds based on medical reasons only. Proof is required.
  • If any of the sessions from a package have been used, the refund amount will be based on the deduction of the individual list price rather than the discounted package price. Alternatively, clients also have an option to use credit towards other treatments.
  • I am aware that I will be charged full treatment fee if I cancel less than 24 hours, If I am more than 10 minutes late or if I am a no show.
  • If I wish to re-book, I will need to re-book with a new deposit. I am aware that my deposit will be lost if I fail to reschedule less than 48 hours under any circumstances before my appointment and I will need to make a new booking with a new deposit. Cancellations of less than 48 hours will result in a 50% charge.

Lateness

We do not take any responsibility for lateness, and we kindly ask our clients to plan their journeys well in advance. Please Check your driving Route/ Train journey at least 48 hours prior to your treatment and a few hours before your appointment and allow yourself enough journey time.

I am aware that under any circumstances if I am later than 10 minutes to my appointment that MBK Medspa reserves the right to automatically cancel my appointment this will still be subject to full charge of the treatment.

Attendance

  • Under 18's must attend with a parent or legal guardian - failure to do so will result in the loss of your appointment.
  • Males Clients must be chaperoned by a female.
  • MBK Medspa is strictly cash only. Transfers are not accepted.
  • Please ensure you have the correct amount as sometimes the till does not have change.
  • Please do not ring the doorbell on arrival, please kindly wait until we have finished with our previous client.
  • We take payments before carrying out treatment.
  • Clients who attend without cash can transfer and will be charged an additional 20% of the treatment fee to transfer.
  • I will have to make a new booking, and this will result in a loss of my deposit. I am aware that if I do not attend an appointment and I do not give any notice that I will be permanently barred from making future bookings until I have paid what was due at my original booking.
