Pre-Care
  • You must not have any active cold sores/ bruises/ cuts/wounds or skin abrasions contagious disease prior to treatment
  • Discontinue the use of Retinoids 7 days before treatments
  • Discontinue topical gels such as benzyl peroxide 7 days before treatment
  • Discontinue the use of AHA/BHA's 3 days before treatment (depending on area)
  • Laser / Electrolysis / Radio frequency treatments should be avoided 10 days before treatment Depilatory creams, waxing or threading should be avoided 72 hours before treatment.
  • No active sunbathing 10 days before treatment
  • SPF must be worn every day prior (depending on area treated)
After Care
  • Do not wet area for 24 hours after treatment
  • Avoid laser for 10 days after
  • Avoid alternative hair removal for 10 days after
  • Apply bepanthen cream to the area treated to keep it moistened
  • Avoid using any other moisturisers which can irritate the skin
  • Flaking can occur which is normal
  • No deodorant for 5 days if area treated is the underarms
